As an integrative counsellor, life coach, and meditation guide, I offer a compassionate, client-centred approach to navigating life’s challenges. Drawing on a range of therapeutic methods, including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis, and Trauma-Focused ACT, I help clients work through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. In addition to counselling and coaching, I offer personalised meditations and visualisations to support your wellbeing.
I work with adults and young people aged 14-17, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for those seeking personal growth, resilience, and clarity in times of stress, uncertainty, or transition.
